The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mr. Hamza Adan Hadow, presided over a consultative meeting today with a high-level inter-ministerial technical committee.
The committee, comprised of Directors General from various ministries—namely Foreign Affairs, Health, Finance, Education, Commerce and Industry, Ports & Maritime Transport, and Labor & Social Affairs—discussed accelerating and finalizing key agreements and memorandums of understanding between the Federal Government of Somalia and the State of Qatar.
These agreements span several critical sectors, including the enhancement of education, the promotion of economic growth, and the provision of essential services for the Somali people.
Also present at the meeting were the Director of the Arab Affairs Department MFA, Mr. Mohamed Hasan Mohamed, alongside senior officials from the Ministry.
