DiCarlo on the notable advancements in Somaliaโs security sector, the recent discussions held by the National Consultative Council, and the federal governmentโs proposal concerning the African Union Transition Mission in Somalia (AUSSOM). H.E. DiCarlo reaffirmed the unwavering support of the United Nations for Somalia, particularly highlighting the contributions of the Somali delegation to the UN Security Council.
