The State Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Ali Mohamed Omar, today delivered a presentation at the Ministry’s headquarters on the state of Somalia’s diplomacy and the Ministry’s key achievements over the past four years.
The presentation was attended by the Permanent Secretary, departmental directors, Ministry staff, government officials, and students from Somalia National University. It highlighted progress in strengthening Somalia’s bilateral and multilateral partnerships, advancing economic diplomacy, safeguarding the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and enhancing Somalia’s standing on the international stage.
The session reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to advancing Somalia’s foreign policy priorities and strengthening international partnerships in support of peace, stability, and sustainable development.
