The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, has officially laid the foundation stone for a modern airport, seaport, and other key infrastructure projects in the Haawaay area of the Middle Shabelle region.
The launch of these projects marks a significant step toward boosting regional development, improving connectivity, and enhancing service delivery in central Somalia.
President Hassan Sheikh was accompanied at the groundbreaking ceremony by the President of Hirshabelle State, H.E. Ali Gudlawe Hussein, along with other senior officials.
