The Deputy Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Salah Ahmed Jama, has officially launched the 2024 Annual Financial Progress Report, highlighting the country’s tangible economic gains over the past year.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that Somalia has made notable strides in public financial management, domestic revenue generation, and the development of critical economic infrastructure.
He underscored the importance of implementing a transparent and accountable financial system to enhance government revenue. He also noted that the National Transformation Plan spearheaded by the DanQaran administration should serve as the foundation for sustainable financial governance in Somalia.
